"Maintenance free living" gets it name from Indian River Colony Club. A talented, trustworthy, caring and uniformed staff, that you will quickly get to know "by name," not only provides the mandated services mentioned below, but also as time permits, is happy to help with other little household items during service visits. Urgent issue service (leaks, AC/Refrig, plumbing concerns) are only a phone call away – with staff on duty 10 hours a day on weekdays and available on-call for emergencies after hours. If an urgent situation (A/C, plumbing, etc.) makes a home inhabitable, IRCC puts the household up in local accommodations until it is fixed. For more major "gap filling services" from moving help, putting up holiday decorations and walking the dog, to laying tile and carpentry work – your staff makes themselves available during non-duty hours for reasonable compensation. An approved and tested list of local contractors can also be hired for more major Architectural Review Committee approved home renovation projects. In-house housekeeping and pool service programs also provides weekly and special care services for "below market" rates.
