A talented, trustworthy, caring and uniformed staff, that you will quickly get to know "by name," not only provides the mandated services mentioned below, but also as time permits, is happy to help with other little household items during service visits.

Urgent issue service (leaks, AC/Refrig, plumbing concerns) are only a phone call away – with staff on duty 10 hours a day on weekdays and available on-call for emergencies after hours. If an urgent situation (A/C, plumbing, etc.) makes a home inhabitable, IRCC puts the household up in local accommodations until it is fixed.

For more major "gap filling services" from moving help, putting up holiday decorations and walking the dog, to laying tile and carpentry work – your staff makes themselves available during non-duty hours for reasonable compensation.

An approved and tested list of local contractors can also be hired for more major Architectural Review Committee approved home renovation projects.

In-house housekeeping and pool service programs also provides weekly and special care services for "below market" rates. Here is what to expect from monthly "maintenance fee covered" repair and replacement services:

• All IRCC provided major appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hot water heater, A/C and garage door systems) are repaired and replaced perpetually.
• Inside services includes miscellaneous electrical, plumbing and structural repairs.
• Outside –
  • scheduled quarterly and on-call pest control services keep your home pest free.
  • Shingled roof repairs and replacement,
  • stucco wall repairs,
  • lawn/gardening/tree service,
  • in-house irrigation system (including the water),
  • serious concrete fault repairs,
  • house wall/drive/walk and eave gutter cleaning
  • windows repairs are all inclusive.
• Preventive Maint – Scheduled quarterly visits include a 17 point check list that includes A/C filter changes; refrigerator coil and dryer cleaning and smoke detector testing.
• Other Services – Regularly scheduled complementary door-to-door IRCC van service is provided to near by Patrick AFB and shopping centers with various day trips conducted as demand dictates. Management provided insurance claim assistance when losses occur. A storm panel installation program that gets severe weather home protection up whether you are home or away.
