A not-for-profit, Florida chartered corporation, IRCC was founded in 1986 to provide members with affordable housing and recreational facilities to support an active retirement lifestyle.

We satisfy the needs of our members while adhering to sound business principles, resulting in debt-free amenities, including corporate buildings, grounds, and a golf course. We also believe it is essential that products and services intended for the use and enjoyment of the members are of premium quality.

A seven person, resident Board of Directors determines fees, sets standards and goals and works with a professional manager to achieve these objectives.

At IRCC you can relax, and not worry about household appliances and systems. A monthly maintenance fee, based on house size, is used to defray operating expenses and provide the following services:

Security is provided for the personal and property protection of the residents. Security measures include a 24 hour guard monitored entry with security checks and patrols.

We have an on-site maintenance staff for everyday work and a building contractor for any remodeling desired. The monthly fee covers repairs or replacement of:

• All appliances (refrigerator, range, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal).
• Inside Maintenance: water heater, A/C, heat systems and controls, structural/electrical/ plumbing, garage doors and receivers.
• Outside Maintenance: shingle roof, wall preservation and cleaning, pressure washing of driveways and sidewalks.
• Pest control inside and out, with termite protection and, if necessary, repairs.
• Also covered are complete lawn care, tree trimming, and sprinkler system including water.
• Residential preventative maintenance visits to review general home condition and to conduct environmental services.

Cable hook-ups are built into all houses. Announcements are provided on IRCC TV Channel 1 or 99.

A community vehicle provides complimentary door-to-door transportation to Patrick AFB and nearby shopping malls.

Optional bonded and insured housekeeping service keeps you free of dust and ready to play.
